A big frustration most people with home businesses have is not being able to attract the right people to allow their business to flourish. Sure, you may be able to attract a good amount of people, but many of them aren’t the right people – meaning, they won’t stay. They won’t partner up with you, because they are the type of people that bounce around from business to business, which isn’t healthy for you.
Flaky people are bound to come and go, but from the crowd, you should be able to attract some good people who see that special thing in you and make a decision to partner up with you… See, at this point, it isn’t about them joining a BUSINESS (people jump from business to business all the time) but now it’s about joining YOU – and there is only one you.

@Yarina, thank you!! To be honest, I don’t recall any of Carnegie’s books I have read before. What would you recommend?
Oh and little insider secret here… 6 minutes for me is very very short LOL I’m coming from 15-20 minute videos from my YouTube channel to 5-10 minutes. It’s certainly a marked improvement! LOL

Regarding Dale Carnegie books, my personal favorite and what is considered his masterwork is “How to Win Friends & Influence People”. That said, in the area of persosal development, THE book that has made all the difference in my business (and life–read: freedom) is Napolean Hill’s classic “Think & Grow Rich”.
