Answering E-Mails: Have You Lost All Hope?

I spend most of my time trying to empower and encourage people, and sometimes getting emails like these really puts a damper on my spirits…

Someone wrote back to me, telling me they’re lazy and have lost all hope. I understand I don’t know this person on an intimate level, but the thought of someone giving in when there are so many others soaring makes me think of how many people give up just before they hit their mark.
