Yep! The best way to teach yourself is through teaching others! Why? Well, let’s say you just learned something new. Most people will forget it shortly after… HOWEVER, if they practice through repetition ala sharing that same knowledge with others, you’ll apply that to memory a lot better!

never really thought about how helping others actually helps you remember that same teaching in your own mind. But I can see how it would after you pointed that out to me.
I am always nervous to create a video on something that I just learned but now that fear is a lot less since I now realize that I am practicing as I am teaching others.
